I picked mine up at a auction at a deal because the clamp was broken off the front which affected its Antique value1 C clamp and 2 minutes later I was grinding corn. It will grind a 5 gallon bucket full in about 12 minutes using the finer grind setting. About 9 minutes for the cracked corn per 5 gal bucket.

Simply place a quantity of your corn into a large bowl or bucket. Then place an empty one in front of a fan. A box fan will work perfectly. Then slowly pour your corn into the bucket in front of the fan. The fan will blow away the lighter pieces of material while the corn will fall into the other container.
Grind until you have smooth, fluffy flour. Open your grinder and pick out the larger chunks. You can grind a bit more or just pick them out and grind them alone, which is probably the better option. Toss them in with the next turn, if youre doing more, or just do them alone. No need to waste them.
